    What You’ll Lead

    As our Executive Chef, you will serve as the driving force behind our kitchen operations. You will oversee a small, dedicated team; ensure consistency and excellence in every dish; and bring a balance of creativity and operational discipline. This is a hands-on role with room to influence, innovate, and shape a warm and distinctive culinary identity.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Minimum of 3 years in a culinary leadership position (Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Executive Chef)

    • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team

    • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    • Hands-on leadership style and willingness to support the team wherever needed

    • Strong proficiency in food costing, inventory, and overall kitchen management

    • Commitment to quality, sanitation, safety, and operational excellence

    • Ability to stay calm under pressure and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset

    • Creativity and passion for menu development and presentation

    What Your Day May Include

    • Creating, refining, and executing menus that showcase our brand and delight guests

    • Coaching and developing kitchen team members to grow skills and performance

    • Overseeing food preparation, quality control, and plating standards

    • Managing inventory, ordering, and food cost control

    • Ensuring kitchen safety, hygiene, and compliance with all standards

    • Collaborating with management on guest experience, operational improvements, and business goals
